Request for Services

Please complete a request for proposal (RFP) for your specific project. I do work on a per-project basis with flexible rates. For ongoing services and assurance of availability, a prepaid monthly package is recommended.

It pays to go virtual. If you're spending time on administrative and personal organization tasks, it's less time you spend on your income-producing efforts, building your business, or your personal activities.

Important considerations before choosing a virtual assistant: (1) do you feel comfortable letting someone else complete your projects; (2) does the VA complement your work style, values, and personality; (3) does the VA have the skills you require? If you need to micromanage projects when outsourcing, then a VA is not for you.

Monthly Retainer Packages

Hours must be used within the month for which it has been purchased; hours exceeding plan will be billed at the hourly rate for that service. Prepaid packages are nonrefundable. A signed contract is required. Payment due ten days prior to the 1st of each month.

Plans include administrative services, research services and desktop publishing but do not include direct expenses, some specialty services, ezine program, web site, and custom graphics work. Ask about the following packages:

One-time Test-drive: 2.5 hours
Helping Hand: 5 hours
Starter Plan: 10 hours (5% savings)
SOHO Plan: 15 hours (10% savings)
Executive Plan: 25 hours (15% savings)
Corporate Plan: 35 hours (20% savings)

Payment Methods

Office To-Go accepts bank or cashier's checks, PayPal**, Massachusetts business checks, and out-of-state business checks for established companies.

**Due to PayPal's policy on "services" as opposed to material goods, we accept PayPal only for projects that are under $100 total.
